Welcome! My name is Catherine Mutti-Driscoll!
I am the Director of Executive Function Coaching and an ADHD/Executive Function Coach at the Hallowell ADHD & Behavioral Health Center in Seattle. I am passionate about helping individuals understand their neurodivergent brains, develop self-compassion, and strengthen self-advocacy skills. My mission is not only professional but also personal, as I was diagnosed with ADHD, Autism, depression, and dyscalculia in my late 30s/early 40s.
In June 2024, I published The ADHD Workbook for Teen Girls: Understand Your Neurodivergent Brain, Make the Most of Your Strengths, and Build Confidence to Thrive with New Harbinger Press. My second book with New Harbinger Press, The Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria Workbook: Skills for ADHD, Autistic, and Neurodivergent Adults to Heal from Rejection, Build Resilience, and Thrive, is coming out in October 2026!
I also love going to school and learning! I have a PhD in Education, a master's in Cultural Anthropology, and coaching certifications from Impact Parents and the International ADHD Coach Training Center. I am also currently studying to become a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Walden University (expected 2027).
When I'm not coaching, studying, or writing, I enjoy spending time with my neurodivergent family, collecting tarot decks, taking walks, attending Barre3 classes with friends, dancing to Taylor Swift, and reading contemporary romance books.
