Interested in Executive Function Coaching?

This accountability and productivity group for adults with ADHD will provide regular access to a schedule of 8 accountability sessions each week. 

Group participants will experience the camaraderie of working and learning alongside others with ADHD challenges, in addition to having access to a resource library of productivity resources often recommended by ADHD professionals.

Executive function skills are brain-based skills that help people “get things done.” For many Individuals with ADHD, some executive function skills are great strengths while others are challenges. Since today’s world demands a lot, an uneven executive function profile can impact women significantly in many areas of their lives. In this group, women with ADHD can learn about key executive function skills such as metacognition, time management, organization, emotional regulation, and more!
